Bellingham Aviation Services Hosts International Charter
Bellingham, Wash. May 27, 2009 - Bellingham Aviation Services (BAS), the premier aircraft service provider in Northwestern Washington State, hosts International Charter Aircraft at KBLI.
Canadian North Charters chose Bellingham Aviation Services to host their international Golf tour. BAS coordinated all the charters’ specific requirements for their Boeing 737, it’s passengers and crew, including; customs arrangements, ground handling, in-flight catering, passenger manifests, transfers and administration.
Kathleen Ruiz of Bellingham Aviation Services stated that though there was additional coordination required as this was an International flight, all passengers and crew were impressed with the high level of service and professionalism of all of the staff at BAS. Because the flight was International, all passengers and crew were required to clear through customs upon arrival and TSA screening upon departure.
“Due to the smaller size of our airport and the short lines to clear TSA, clearance went very smoothly and quickly”, Kathleen stated. Our customer was “ecstatic with the service provided as were (their) crew. All passengers were taken care of seamlessly. We were advised by our customer that everyone at BLI were an absolute pleasure to work with and they are planning to work with us exclusive for their future charter flights to the Pacific Northwest.“
