Bellingham Aviation Services Attends Air BP's Quality Control Training

Bellingham Wash. April 1, 2008 - Bellingham Aviation Services (BAS), the premier aircraft service provider in Northwestern Washington State, attended the Air BP Quallity Control training seminar in Seattle.

The 2 day QC Training provided the latest in fuel operations training. Specific training topics include; Fuel Distillation &Specification, Fuel Distribution; Fuel Quality Control Field Testing; Misfueling Prevention; Fuel Farm Preventative Maintenance, and Refueler Preventative Maintenance in both the Classroom and on the field with “hands-on” training. Additional topics included the special Ramp Safety &Security Training and all five (5) parts of the 14 CFR Part 139 Section 321 Fire Training.

“This training program offered by Air BP is a great way for all of our line service group to stay current on the quality testing and administration," said Jason Hart, Line Manager for Bellingham Aviation Services. "We are proud to offer Air BP fuel to our customers and with this training we are able to guarantee the best fuel available.”

This statement was concurred by Charlie Ebert who also attended the training. “Our customers expect the best and this training helped ensure that they are receiving the best. It also helps our staff realize that we are not here just to pump fuel. We have the education and the know how which provides our customers with an additional level of assurances that we know what we are doing and are doing it correctly.”

Bellingham Aviation Services (BAS) is a full-service fixed-based operation (FBO) located in Bellingham, Washington - 20 miles south of the Canadian Border, 50 miles south of Vancouver B.C. and 90 miles north of Seattle.
